Aon Hewitt currently has an opening in its Broad Based Compensation Consulting Practice supporting Aon Hewitt's Compensation Co-Sourcing delivery team in Atlanta. This practice provides ongoing compensation support to our clients including annual compensation cycle planning and execution as well as market data management technology using MarketPay. In this role you will work as part of a team, serving as project manager for multiple client engagements.  Your primary responsibilities will include ongoing program support and project management for the following:

-  Survey portfolio management and Survey submissions

-  Job evaluation/Market pricing

-  Competitive market analysis

-  Pay program modeling and costing

-  Technology management activities in support of MarketPay, our preferred market data management software vendor, including set-up and implementation for client engagements in partnership with our vendor

-  Implementation of MarketPay - including client requirements gathering and HRIS data mapping

You will have frequent contact with clients, deliver client work that is mostly leveraged to you and begin to help generate revenue through extend and expand opportunities. You will apply content knowledge and technical skills in the above areas in working with clients and assisting with less complex client proposals in addition to testing new functionality of market data management tools, developing and managing processes for the completion of client deliverables, and assist in training entry level consultants.



-  5-7 years progressive experience in a Compensation, Rewards or HR content area; or experienced HR systems professional with exposure to management of systems in support of compensation programs or manager self-service tools.

-  Strong data management skills, process orientation and attention to detail are essential.

-  Proficient in using Compensation Management software for survey management, market pricing, and competitive analysis.

-  Experience managing and executing project plans.

-  Previous experience in client-facing roles (internal or external) or in a business compensation role

-  Knowledgeable about day-to-day operations of the Compensation function and how compensation programs and information integrates with other areas of HR and the organization

-  Demonstrated analytical capabilities

-  Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access

-  Strong communication skills with proficiency in drafting business correspondence, reports and presentations
