We’re seeking an ambitious professional who will take on a senior lead role globally for executive compensation.

The scope will be to support Execs both in the USA and literally around the world.  The company has had so much growth both through new product development, new markets opening, and acquisition, that there is considerable ratification needed for their exec comp frameworks. 

So, in this role you would act as a key liaison for the company's senior executives regarding all compensation and benefits elements inclusive of equity.

You will lead on global market analysis to regularly benchmark executive compensation and benefit programs throughout the world; and contribute to the global strategy for executive compensation, including package design and structure.

Additionally you would be the Subject Matter Expert in the development of materials for Compensation Committee meetings and all Compensation materials presented to the Board of Directors.

Finally, you will manage the processes surrounding all executive and equity compensation programs (includes planning, execution, communications and support); partnering with dedicated shared services teams for implementation.

This is a high profile role in a company with a portfolio of products that have instantly recognisable household brands.  Promotion opportunities are excellent, as are the opportunities to broaden a career through the C&B function or HR functions, domestically and abroad.

Whilst spanning across all US jurisdictions, as well as international markets, this particular role will be based from the company’s Atlanta offices.  Paying circa USD 130,000 base plus package, we’d love to hear from you if you are:

·         have written and verbal presentation skills that are top notch (you’re need to “wow em”)

·         the kind of clever spark who has the savvy to successfully influence and navigate across complex, corporate matrix environments (so many countries, so many balls to juggle)
