A company’s “people investment” is one of its most significant investments. Ernst &Young’s Performance & Reward practice focuses on helping clients better manage the cost and risk of their Human Resource plans, programs and systems. Within Performance & Reward, our compensation professionals help clients design, implement, communicate, and monitor their compensation philosophy and strategy, and the plans and programs that support it, including base salary, annual incentive, long-term incentive (equity and cash), executive level retirement, deferred compensation, perquisite, and fringe benefit plans and arrangements. Compensation professionals assist in providing competitive market data and quantitative and qualitative analyses, as well as assist with the tax, accounting, regulatory, and governance matters relative to compensation and executive benefit programs.

This professional will have the opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to our business, grow as an integral member of our client services team, and directly interact with clients. This individual helps develop and train staff, as well as keep resources, procedures, and tools current.
