Summary:

This position provides analytical support for a wide range of compensation programs/projects designed to support business strategies.  Assists in the design, implementation and administration of innovative compensation programs and policies. This may include base pay programs, short- and long-term incentives, reward and recognition programs, and benchmarking and survey analysis. 

Responsibilities:

Performs professional level administrative and analytical duties to maintain and administer company compensation programs/policies.   Conducts research, analyzes data and prepares recommendations requiring a broad understanding of compensation techniques, methods and practices.

Serve as an internal resource to HR team, recruiters and managers regarding compensation program/policy administration.  Provides counsel to HR and management regarding compensation actions for employees.

Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policy and practices; recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve problems.

Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.

Coordinating and conducting job evaluations and departmental compensation reviews (market pricing, internal equity, career ladder development).

Create and analyze compensation data to assist with program/policy design and implementation. 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field. 5+ years experience as a Compensation Analyst.  Healthcare experience preferred.  Ability to influence, solve problems and successfully collaborate and communicate with clients.  Expertise in financial analysis, statistical analysis and data modeling.  Strong Excel, Access and HRIS experience.
